In a fleeting world, property has always remained a good overall general investment, if you have ever watched "Homes under the Hammer" BBC1 tv show you will see how easy it is to earn a substantial amount of money from simply painting a property and putting in a new set of windows. With our team we have Builders, Gardening teams, Cleaners, people working on social media each day for property, our rental agency Fennic plus a whole host of previous experience in building projects and property renovations.  All working as one gets the results other individuals cannot even imagine.

This is how it works & policy:

Thousands of property listed needs work. 

We have our own Building, Gardening and Cleaning teams and websites, sometimes we also need other professionals to do various repairs, but where possible we keep it all within our group. 

The process

We have people working from home, on what we want to expand the biggest team of people in the country, they are #nomads,  they are people who work when they want, where they want, no set hours, they simply pick what projects they wish to work on from our list or some are sent a WhatsApp message, depending on the levels and the amount of money they wish to earn.  For example we have a lady 22 years old looking for either a studio flat to rent or one bedroom flat in or around the Crawley West Sussex area, with a budget of up to £700 per month. Our property rentals company Fennic Property Rentals also gets various other information, such as date to move in and any any additional requirements such as disabled access and this is sent to our website for our #nomads ( people working online property searching ) to look for along with the other property also needed.  


We also use property auction websites.

A one bedroom flat in Hastings for sale at a guide price of £15,000 this is where the power of the Doctor Grim team comes into play,  ok so basic simple equation is £15,000 is equally split between members. Consortium of people, if just 15 people want to join it is £1000 per person, plus there are legal fees which again is divided between the group.  The property is then repaired and ready for the market, which is either then to be sold or rented.  This is usually decided upon before the purchase of the property but is open to change, depending on what the group decides upon.  Some property is purchased with just a sale only option, while others are a rental only option, the rent are totally open to suggestion and can proceed with a short term or long term rental, holiday let or HMO, or just sell either on auction or the open market.  Nothing is set in stone.  This is a group of people who vote.  Your investment is protected too, either by a limited company, deed of trust, a charge on the property or the formation of a limited company. If the property does lose money then the share of loss will be reflected in the payment you receive, the same as when the property is restored you will gain your share of profit. There is no upper limit on how many deals you can have a share of, 0however each property deal is totally separate as it will contain different members. We want all members to have a say and a vote with the direction of the property purchase and sale, however the Doctor Grim group has the deciding factor after all points are decided upon.  We also take a percentage of the overall profit this is all fully explained on the data sheet when a property of found or is of interest.
